This oven roasted broccoli is one of my favorite sides to make. When I say that I make it almost everyday with our lunch, I am not exaggerating! My one year old gobbles it up every time! Before this, I would get those small bags that you just throw in the microwave to steam. However, now that I've tried it like this I don't make my broccoli any other way! My fiance has never been a fan of broccoli, but even he said that it was tasty! With that being said, let's get to the recipe. :)

Ingredients:

Frozen Broccoli Florets

Butter (about 2 tablespoons)

Vegetable oil

Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Grill Mates Applewood Rub

Start by adding your butter to a dish with a lid. I usually use a plastic tupperware container. Put it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to melt the butter down, and then add a splash of your vegetable oil and stir it in.

Add your frozen broccoli florets to your tupperware container and put the lid on. Shake it up real good and be sure to get florets coated in the butter and oil mixture. Add your coated florets to a foil lined baking sheet. Add all your seasonings to taste.

Bake at 450F for 16 minutes. If you like broccoli, you will love this recipe! It's a great side dish!

As always, thanks for the read :D
